- There is a two-week grace period at the end of the course. You'll have plenty of time to complete all of the lessons.
- You will have access to all lessons until the course ends.
- Each lesson has an interactive discussion area where you can freely ask your instructor, or fellow students, questions.
- Each lesson's interactive discussion area will automatically close two weeks after the lesson is released, so it is a good idea to complete each lesson within two weeks of its release
- A final exam will be released on the same day as the last lesson. At the release of the final exam, you have two weeks to complete all the course work, including the final exam.
- The final exam is optional. If you take the final exam and you pass, then you can print an impressive Certificate of Completion with your name on it.
- The final exam is open-book and you can take all the time you need to answer the multiple choice questions.
- When you pass the final exam, you earn 2.4 CEUs (Continuing Education Units) and will have received a total of 24 hours of training.
- Each lesson has an optional quiz that you may take to test your learning progress. Taking these quizzes is a good idea, as they will help prepare you for the final exam.
